Paul’s on Main Street Food & Spirits: A Culinary Gem in Rochester, MI

The food was great, beautiful atmosphere, the restaurant was so clean and the whole design of the place was so thought out. The service was beyond amazing. The staff was so kind and made our family feel so welcome. We will definitely be coming back.

First time visiting after the renovation and the food and drinks were so good! Prices were very reasonable for downtown Rochester and service was friendly. Will visit again!

Our waitress Elda was an absolute delight! Very spirited and sweet. We ordered the brussel sprouts, chicken lemon rice, the French onion soup, the Reuben with truffle fries, veggie stir fry, the Tuscan chicken tortellini, and the kale salad. Not to mention the fresh bread and butter that came before the meal! Everyone enjoyed their meals. The only downside was that the kale salad had some wilted greens, but the restaurant was very accommodating when we pointed it out. We will be back again!

This place is good and has been good for years, I just don't go here often as it's in downtown and can get congested. Pros: staff is great, plenty of seating and good food. Cons: I think they redid their menu and overhauled it. Not bad, just missing a few items that I used to like here. I think they also raised their prices, and are now (and have been) closed on Sundays for a while now. I still like it here and will continue to visit for breakfast.

Great food and nice portions. We all had a pleasant experience. The steak tips appetizer was excellent and the zip sauce tasty! I got the boom boom shrimp tacos and a side of Mac and cheese. Taking some home. Our waitress was very, very friendly. Only complaint (minor) was having to wait for the restrooms (both Men’s and Women’s are “one seaters”).

We decided to celebrate our 1 year anniversary at Paul’s on Main and we absolutely loved the vibe! The food was delicious, out in a fast manner of time, and our server Emanuel D was phenomenal. He was very attentive and polite and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back.

We had never been here before and decided to stop in. From the outside, it looked like it might be small and crowded, but we were pleasantly surprised—inside, it was very comfortable with a beautifully aesthetic atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and both the Chilean Seabass and the burger were the best we’ve ever had! We live a bit far from here, but we’ll be back every chance we get.

We had such a great experience! We were there for a weekend and were super excited to go to breakfast and boy did we pick the right place. The staff was great! Our server was awesome and super attentive. The food came out so quickly and was hot and fresh. Probably the best pancakes we've had in ages. The skillets were awesome!
